this is my garden.  it's not much yet, but i am excited to see what happens in the near future.  we spent the whole morning there, as a family, planting (finally!) seeds and doing more weeding.  i am a pro weeder these days.  i didn't realize that my fingernail area would be so sore afterwards.  especially after weeding grass.  not just any grass..."sin" grass, as stephen's grandma b calls it.  it's really crab grass, and boy do i dislike it.  the roots don't look like much, but don't be fooled!  the roots to those babies are strong!

anyhoo...here's what we planted today.  hope we did it right!  i only labeled the things that we planted today.  not pictured are the pretty snapdragons i planted also.  i'll update the blog on further gardening experiences!
